Pros: - Minimal bezel
- Easy to adjust brightness controls
- Has speakers
- Does not need an external AC power brick
Cons: - Has random episodes of flickering
- Ghosting/smearing due to bad refresh rate
- Vignetting - the edges of the screen are darker than the center
- Can't get the USB ports to work
- Does not get as bright as my previous IPS monitor
- Swivel hinge design
- Body is completely made out of plastic
- Expensive compared to similar panels
Overall Review: Overall, somewhat disappointed with this monitor. Bad refresh rate is noticeable when scrolling web pages with black text on white background and in gaming. There is noticeable ghosting/smearing. Setting the monitor to "Fast" refresh rate makes it worse. I noticed Vignetting effect right away. Black levels are pretty bad, but on par with other matte IPS displays. Hard to get monitor level due to the swivel hinge design. Would be better if it snapped in place once level. Cable management hole is a joke. If you're buying this monitor because of the "Ultrasharp" brand name, you're going to be disappointed.
