HeatSink Isn't Terrible.

Intel Core i7-940 - Core i7 Bloomfield Quad-Core 2.93 GHz LGA 1366 130W Desktop Processor - BX80601940
Intel Core i7-940 - Core i7 Bloomfield Quad-Core 2.93 GHz LGA 1366 130W Desktop Processor - BX80601940

Pros: Very Fast Chip. The CPU fan is not as bad as it is on the socket 775 chips. I still decided to go with an aftermarket cooler, but for standard apps it wouldn't be necessary.

Cons: None

Overall Review: In case you are confused since its a quad core that is hyper-threadded it shows up as an 8 core processor. i7 940 MSI X58 Platinum 2x 300gig Velociraptors 6gigs Corsair tri-channel DDR3 ram. 9800gtx+ SSC

Terrible Product

MSI P43-C51 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard
MSI P43-C51 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: It has a light that turns on, and if your lucky it will let you boot into your OS.

Cons: No Raid Support, Only 1 PCI-E, no Firewire, no E-Sata (Known when I bought the board, except I assumed it at least had basic 1+0 raid). It only overclocked my e8500 from 3.16 to 3.17 on the highest setting. Even on this setting I believe it is causing some weird quirks with the board. My network adapter often looses connection for no random reason.

Overall Review: With 6 freaking SATA connections you'd think the stupid thing would have raid support. Skip this board if your at all used to high end motherboards. I bought this after my Asus died because it was one of the "better" boards under 200 that supported a 775 chipset. Thinking I was going to wait a little longer for the i7 and get back into a nice motherboard. Big mistake. Who knows what I will be using this piece of garbage for.

Cons: None

Pros: They aren't very loud.

Cons: None

Overall Review: If you don't know they are 2.5" drives mounted in a 3.5" heat sink type of deal. I knew it before I ordered, but I just wanted to throw it out there. i7 940 MSI X58 Platinum 2x 300gig Velociraptors 6gigs Corsair tri-channel DDR3 ram. 9800gtx+ SSC

No fans in the front

Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Great case design. I have a Antech 900 also.

Cons: There aren't any fans in the front bays like I expected. You can put them in easily, but I figured they would be thrown in.
