-Cheap -Equipment insurance in case of failure (never had to use this) -Reputable manufacturer -Black -6ft cord instead of 3ft -Dedicated power brick (wall wart) outlet, spaced down from other outlets at the bottom

All the protection one needs, computer related devices, phones, and any device plugged into it. The large space for extra wide power supply's for devices.

Plenty of outlets, long cable. Nice to have some protection for thousands of dollars worth of computer tech and monitors.

Works great, as expected. No problems

Just had our first really bad power spike of the season a week or so ago, the smell of ozone – sitting in the dark then everything came back on [Including my new just built PC!!] nothing damaged nothing on fire! Have to say – I Am Impressed! My old PC exploded during a lightning strike just left a hole where the PSU was couldn’t even re-use the case. These spikes always ruined something on my PC in the past if I left it plugged in – not this time!!! This device is a life saver!!!

Small enough to allow the other outlet to function normally.

I liked the 1st one that I bought for myself so much, I ordered a 2nd for my daughter. 6 outlets on swivel 2-2.1 amp usb charging ports great for the most power hungry device quick charge

Convenient Better looking than traditional power strips/surge suppressors Great having USB outlets without having to wire in built-in USB combo receptacles

Tripp_lite rules, if you're not impressed by the product description at NewEgg go over to Tripp-Lite website to read the nitty gritty on this surge suppressor. It protects the outlet, coaxial, telephone AND Ethernet cables which I desperately needed for our FiOs service !! Lightening blew out our first Verizon Router and Tripp_lite is now saving us from ever experiencing that again. This should be a standard installation product to Fios service.

metal construction, indicator lights, very heavy build overall

Works great.

It works and it has a pretty great joule rating for what you need. This can be used to power computers and the like.

Does the job. It has 5 ports right next to each other, along with 5 that are far apart for the fat plugs. Big cord to reach the wall.

The plugs are aligned in such a way, that most wall-warts can be used with it, without one crowding out the other. I use this to power my guitar stomp boxes in my home studio. Each stomp-box has their own wall-wart/converter. I am able to run 6 pedals with no crowding, with 2 slots to spare. The Belkin is also built really well, with a long (8'), thick power cord. It is a heavy duty strip. The built-in 2500 joule' surge suppressor is more than adequate for most needs as well, offering good protection for any electronics plugged into the strip. I expect years of trouble-free use.

great design, 7 outlets, 6feet of power cable

Great surge protector for the price. Solid assembly, gets the job done.
