I can't find my original review to edit it so I'm making another one. I had some issues with shipping and then when I did receive it the basket wouldn't close properly. I didn't get much of a response at first, they did reimburse me $10 for my troubles. I wrote a review and THAT is when the magic happened! They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and actually sent me another air fryer that works perfectly. It's very user friendly and I love the cookbook that comes with it. I would definitely recommend this product.
