Joysticks are great, buttons feel nice, for my hands the additional buttons are in a perfect position and easy to reach. You can get this controller for around $60 if you look for the deals, which makes this an incredibly competitive option.

the pros to this controller are for me i think what tops it off is the two inputs the d input and the x input d for older games more so and x for some of the newer titles the option to switch between the two makes this worth the buck so i would have to say this is the best bang for the buck if you need a new controller that can almost run prolly anything on steam and many other games you play i have to say tho that my last controller was a lotgitech rumble pad 2 so i always liked controllers simular to this layout which i enjoy this very much i tried this in saints raw 4 for once i can use game controller instead of mouse and keyboard and then i tried this in mafia 2 and it works both these games work in input mode i tried this with dark souls and if you put it in x input it has the same exact controls as demon souls had for the playstation 3 if you put it in direct input mode it seems to have a different button layout more for like old school input to me i feel this was a good buy and the fact that its good price right now is amazing
