I first bought a Luna home camera, but it crashed every day and I had to power it down and restart it every day. The app was also slow to launch. I replaced it with the TP-Link Tapo camera, which has been extremely reliable. It has been running continuously for several weeks with no glitches and no down time. I launch the app and with one tap I see the live image within a second. So far I have only tried it with 1 camera but the app supports up to 36 cameras. I will buy more.

Detection over ethernet was easy, and all AI capabilities work out of the box. - Mounting and installation is straightforward, requiring just a drill and screwdriver. - AI capabilities are quite strong, including detecting people and vehicles, intrusion, and tampering. - Being able to keep the recordings on my own server without any cloud spyware attached to it is great. I do not trust a lot of these (made in China) camera packages that transmit my data to external servers.
