SteelSeries is always a "Pro" as I have used many of their products for many years and have had little problems with them. Also, with this particular mouse I like the fact that the wired option has tabs keeping it from disconnecting during use and that there is an orange blinking warning light for you when turning off your computer which reminds you to turn off the mouse as well once the computer shuts down completely.
