After using a simple Logitech M305, for years now, I really needed something a little more advanced. This mouse is great for gaming (not just MMOs) and everyday web browsing. The top of the mouse has a very nice grip so your fingers won't slide/misclick. I really like the choice of colors for the 12 thumb keys (so many to choose from). I have fairly big hands and this mouse is a good size, bigger than the M305 of course. You might have to get used to haveing a third button instead of the regular left and right click. Sometimes I click that but meant to right click. The software (you download from the website, not included) is very nice. You can customize the color of the thumb keys and set different profiles that vary in color and DPI. I have my default profile set to 2000 DPI which is pretty smooth for me. All in all I rate this mouse a 9/10, IT's a big step-up from my previous mouse and a much needed upgrade.
