This is the best computer I've ever owned in my life, by miles. Also, their tech support (I'm a maroon) is really friendly and helpful.

I have been buying parts and sytstems off of newegg for almost 10 years. I love their top notch customer service and quality systems and parts. This is the third system I have bought. I have had 2 friends order systems from newegg as well. Quality, quiet, runs everything well. I play the following games on single monitor, 4 k resolution, highest RTX settings Cyberpunk 125 - 225 fps Red dead 2 125 - 225 fps Doom eternal 400 fps Crimson Desert 125 - 190 fps GTA 5 150 - 250 fps Fast boot time. Stable temp, even after a few hours of high end gaming cpu temp has stayed below 80c and gpu temp below 60c. I wanted to test it out for a few weeks. I added a second nvme ssd and 1 sata drive for more storage space.

Shipping was great, arrived safe and sound, packed well. I was surprised it was shipped in the actual box showing what was inside, which if in the wrong neighborhood could be bad for the customer. Shipping paper is a good alternative to "hide" the product inside. But it made it safely and that's what matters. Got it all hooked up and tried to start the computer I got a message saying "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation." Knowing nothing of computers I was frazzled as all the reviews had stated it was plug in and go. To make it short, I contacted customer support at both Newegg and Stormcraft. Thankfully the other reviews of customer service were correct. Amazing support from Mike at Stormcraft and he guided me through the installation of everything (too many installs to name them all). Was tough for someone who knows nothing about computers, but his guidance was great, on the second call he stayed on the phone with me and talked me though step by step. I also spoke with a gentleman from Newegg customer support Brandon I believe who was also extremely helpful. Took a few days to get everything up and running but once all set up and going the computer has been great! Was a hassle but am still super happy with my purchase and still give 5 eggies. Pro's - Nice looking tower, very neat and tidy inside. Love the lights (I kept the rainbow colors) Super quiet, don't hear a peep but a soft hum. A++ on customer support Packed well.

Best pc for the best price, ngl, runs all game at 100 fps+ on ultra but still I used it on high just in case but is a very good pc for a good price.

-Where to start....quiet PC! I was thinking the fans would be a tad louder in decibels but it is quiet! -Love the color scheme -Perfect PC for the activities I am doing--running stock programs, video conferencing, watching videos for classwork and when I can fit in another task, it'll be gaming. 3 monitors going and looking to add a 4th, a TV up on the wall connected to it where my stock program feeds to provide me real time information.

Very powerful CPU and GPU that can handle just about anything. Spacious case if you are looking for that. Got it for a great price at the time. Couldnt have built one with same components in that ballpark.
