poor merchant. Ordered a 16gb ram and was sent a 8gb ram. tried to contact merchant and no one ever followed up the inquiry.

Slow to accept the order and "ship" the order.
"Shipped" the order with a fake tracking number.
"Shipped" the order with a carrier and shipping method that makes no sense.
Claimed the package was damaged in transit and the shipper returned it to them.

I would rate 0 if it let me. I would have rated at most 3 if the part had arrived.

Same pattern as so so many other reviews of their service, shame on me for not reading seller reviews before ordering from them. They've been pulling this same stuff for ages on every site they sell on, and the reviews agree.

Product ordered Aug 4, 2015. Sent 3 emails to seller to clarify availability or cancel order. Seller has not replied after 32 days (Sep 5, 2015). Sent complaint to Newegg to cancel order immediately.

SCAM ARTISTS - OVER CHARGED! 5/25/2016 11:12:31 AM
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. PERIOD.

We were over charged by $74.70. Newegg refused to issue a refund and when we demanded to return the items were told we'd be hit with a restocking fee at roughly 20% of the order amount.

We have contacted the BBB and are demanding a full refund by Paypal.

Pros: none

Cons: The mobo had at least four pins in the CPU socket bent beyond repair. I packaged it back up and sent it back, only to have the seller say it was my fault. I did not get a refund, and so far they haven't sent back the part. Aweful service, will never order from this seller again.

I received my case from OneDealOutlet, and all seemed well on the outside. The box it came in (the product box) was in perfect condition. However, upon inspection of the case, it became apparent that one of the feet was impacted into the case, and that the case wobbled as a result. I attempted to proceed with an RMA through the company. They requested I send them images of the defect, which I did. 4 times, in 4 separate ways. They were 'unable' to view them (after embedding, attaching in two different formats, and providing links to an image sharing website). They then requested that I send them the box back NOT in the product box (which was how I received it) and pay for shipping (which with a computer case would probably have ran me 40-60 dollars, about half of the actual value of the case itself). They never offered me any sort of compensation or offered to pay for my shipping labels. They offer abysmal customer service, and should not be attached to the Newegg network of vendors.

Probably one of the most concerning sellers I have had to deal with. The product I ordered was on backorder, but according to the seller it was shipped. Waited a few weeks and nothing. Contacted seller and was given a tracking number. Long story short, the seller never shipped item and the whole thing felt shady. Newegg cx handled the problem well and I got my money back.

I should have read seller reviews before purchasing, but my excitement got the best of me.

I do understand we are dealing with covid, that's all well and good. I placed my order several days ago, they accepted and charged me hours later, and now the item has been listed as shipped but the tracking number they sent is fake.

I can only assume that these guys are planning to scam me the same way they have scammed everyone else on this review page. I've emailed, and no response. Can only imagine what kind of garbage they sent me, if they even send anything at all.

I purchased an item from them I did not get what I ordered and was told because the item was not broke or damaged they would not replace it. I have made more than 15 calls with Newegg on this matter and all they care about is keeping there seller happy. I have sent about 6 emails to Newegg explaining the situation and have included pictures. This all started on Feb 25, 2018 it's now March 8, 2018 and I'm still being told 3-5 business days or 24 hrs. So as best I can tell I'm now out the money for the purchase and out of money for the return as I had to pay to send it back, and of course sending the item back myself I'm out the item too. I put this out as a warning to anyone buying product of this seller or this website. Go to ama-zon where you get treated fairly.

They first sent me a moniter that was clearly damaged. I had to go drop it off and get a new one to make sure they didn't send me a broken one again.

New one is great but they should have caught the monitor defect as it looked like someone tried to peel away the screen.

- Worst feeling is when you don't feel important, Well they never contacted me in time and when they did it, it was to say they didn't have the information required for processing my issues, OneDealOutlet Canada do not care about there client and are lazy, Im happy to say im never ever and will never recommand OneDealOutlet Canada, First time ripoff is A last time ripoff Also check the comment section of this compagny, more bad reviews then good? why is this on newegg

Shipping delayed over a month, Got the item and it turned out to be defective. 30 days later still haven't received the item or heard anything about it. Terrible customer support and professionalism.

Unfortunately, this was not my best experience with Newegg and it's third party sellers.

I order the product April 22. I received notification they had taken my money and created a shipping label April 28. They never shipped the product and I ended up asking for my money back. I then received a notification I was expected to return said product even though I never received it.

I did contact them twice, and only heard back from them once in a 2 week period before reaching out to Newegg customer service, which was fine and helpful. I am still waiting to get my money back and keep getting conflicting emails saying I still need to return the product, and a refund was successfully processed. I am now anxiously awaiting my refund in hopes I do actually get my full amount back.

For the record I do recommend Newegg and have never had an issue until now, which the seller chalks up to covid-19. This I find dubious as every other component I ordered April 22 arrived in a timely fashion with only one being delayed a day, yet still arriving way before I reached out to cancel this order

Seller kept me in the dark and when i asked for informations about my package. It took 3 days for them to answer and 3 more days to give me actual informations about the status if my package. They use Canada post which is currently heavily affected by Covid-19. All packages are and will be heavily delayed as well. I recommend not ordering from them until situation is back to normal which could take about a year. Shop directly from newegg instead. They managed to ship on time for most of my items and kept me updated all the time.
