The Rosewill RSVA-11001 8-channel DVR is implemented with H.264, the latest video compression / decompression technology, to give users more flexibility and stability on monitoring their valuable personal and business assets. Comprehensive network support allows you to access the unit remotely from both Internet via PC running Internet Explorer and select portable devices including iPhone/iPad, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile and Symbian S60. The advanced operating system based on Linux packs features like editable watermark name, individual channel frame/resolution setup, individual schedule setup for each channel, picture snapshot in Playback Mode and PIP support.
The 4 cameras utilize a 1/4" Sony CCD sensor to produce 420 TV lines of resolution and can be used indoors and/or outdoors with IP66 Weather Proof rating. The camera’s 21 powerful IR LEDs produce high quality image in complete darkness and clear crisp images throughout the day.
H.264 Compression TechnologyH.264 technology delivers stunning video quality at remarkably low data rates. An upgrade to the MPEG4 standard, this ultra-efficient technology gives you excellent results across a broad range of bandwidths. H.264 compression also allows you to save more video footage than traditional compression methods.
Remote MonitorAlways keep an eye on the situation with remote monitoring via network or 3G mobile technology. You can also take PTZ control when viewing on 3G smartphone.
