1 out of 5 eggsGreat product when it works...

Pros: Works and looks great! Very sensitive touch and the picture looks outstanding!

Cons: Was over my Newegg warranty by one day and couldn't get it replaced (even though it took a week to receive and just connected it a couple of days before it went out). Now I have to go through Hanns G support and have gotten in a loop with them. Have tried emailing and calling, but they always ask to give them the same information in an email, then ask me to call. I bought this to use with our new lighting system in our church sanctuary which was just set up. So, only used it a couple of times before it went out and now we have no way of controlling our brand new $50,000 lighting system. The screen not only went out but it electrocutes you and sparks if you try to touch the VGA or any metal on it. So, I'm happy with the quality but the support sucks!! Also, I did buy 2 of these, but shortly sold the other to a customer of mine. So far, they've had no problems.

4 out of 5 eggsHT231

Pros: Easy setup, using it as I type this very moment.
bright, sharp, responsive. just got it 10/20/14 at 6pm been using it since then.. bought 2 may buy another.
Win7 good after a restart {calibration was off} , win8.1 good no issues

Cons: speaker not loud at all . only good for windows sound, Pandora sounds ok but low, no bass just treble.

Other Thoughts: love it . good buy even if it was on cheap side..

1 out of 5 eggsNot Worth it

Pros: Big, Cheap.

Cons: When I tried to connect the USB cable it shorted out the monitor. Anytime the USB cable gets near my PC it pops and the monitor goes black. I read some other reviews that had similar problems. Some even said it fried their mother board or USB hub.
Also, the bezel is huge, the speakers are completely useless, the stand is not very useful, and the the screen has a terrible glare. I thought I was getting a good deal on this, but it turned out to be to good to be true. I am afraid to even hook the monitor up anymore because I don't want it to ruin my computer.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat value, happy I purchased

Pros: Excellent screen quality. Colors are vibrant and viewing angles are good enough.

Touchscreen works great... with one NEEDED tweak. You will thank me for this. Go into the monitor menu with the buttons on the back of the panel and turn "Auto Search" to OFF!!!! If Windows turns off the screen, the monitor starts auto searching and the touchscreen turns on and off continuously as it flips from DVI to VGA. The windows sound for connecting a device and removing a device repeat forever. At first I was annoyed and just removed the sound from the sounds menu, but later I figured out what was happening and was so relieved when I make this tweak. Especially because the touchscreen stays active now and I can just walk up and tap the screen to bring back up my desktop.

The stand is good enough, it has decent tilt options and there are mounting screws on the back so you can attach to a wall, which is awesome!

THE PRICE. I got it on sale for 129$, and for that price this is a good screen even without the touchscreen. If the pixels work 100% I would pay about 200$ for this touchscreen no problem.

Touch worked instantly when plugged in USB, no need to install the driver disk. I am using Windows 8.1

Cons: Speakers are very very bad. For an office environment where you may need audio sometimes, but don't expect to play music this works well as you don't need extra speakers on the desk. But more or less they are very cheap and sound aweful. Use some good speakers for yourself. For the price, I could care less.

No HDMI, but then again I knew that when I purchased. There is a more expensive model that has HDMI, but for a desktop computer, I am happy using DVI. Plus, since the speakers suck so bad, HDMI is pointless here.

I have one bad pixel. I may go through the hassle of getting it replaced, unfortunately it is a hassle. There are always risks when you spend 129$ for a touchscreen LED monitor with built in speakers, and quality control may be one of them.

Other Thoughts: I would spend an additional 20$ for good speakers. Considering the quality, I almost prefer none on this model.

For under 200$ I still recommend. The monitor is thin and is very pleasing to look at. You will be proud to have it sitting on your desk. No one will no how little you spent, and they will all be impressed that it's a touchscreen.

In the end my only disappointment is my bad pixel. Nevertheless I bought 5 more.

5 out of 5 eggsNice big monitor

Pros: Nice bright colors. Fast response time. Easy setup. I bought 2 of them.

Cons: Awkward placement of buttons on the back of the screen - very hard to find the buttons. So sad that there is NO HDMI.

Other Thoughts: Wished it came with a regular base as well. I really wanted to tilt it more forward instead of just backwards.

5 out of 5 eggsRMA

Pros: This is follow up to my original 2-star review.
Newegg must've read my review (and they actually posted my negative review) and stepped up to the plate and reimbursed my return shipping.
So far after three days, second monitor working flawlessly. Turns on and off with button, goes to sleep and wakes up, touch functions as designed.
WTG Newegg!

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Now I am contemplating why anyone would want a touchscreen desktop computer. It takes more effort to raise your arm up and onto the screen rather than using mouse/keyboard. Touch more ergonomic on a phone, tablet and maybe laptop.
I can see why Windows 8 was such a flop and Win 10 bringing back old (plus new) Start screen interface.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cheap monitor

Pros: Picture is decent
Touch screen works fine
Cant beat the price

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: So i noticed a lot of people complaining that the touch screen doesn't work or died in a day or two. I own 4 of these and I have discovered that they are not USB 3.0 compatible. I honestly couldn't tell you why, but they only work with USB 2.0. I know USB 3.0 is supposed to be backwards compatible but for some reason its not with this monitor. So after plugging them all into USB 2.0 ports, I haven't had a single problem with any of them. Even stranger, one of them worked for several days plugged into 3.0, then stopped working until i plugged it into 2.0.
So from my experience, I would highly recommend this monitor for anyone just looking for a cheap touch screen to play around with. For it's size, you really cant beat the price. I even got a free printer.

1 out of 5 eggsBad investment - to good to be true

Pros: Almost none other than the cheap price on a newer screen

Cons: Touch worked for 10 minutes then burned out my USB and screen went black.
No HDMI
HDMI to DVI flickers when watching movies or playing hires games
tilt kickstand is ackward and has no more than a 2° angle before the high gloss ruins your view.
Its just a monitor now, running win 7 - i5 - 8mb Acer system

Other Thoughts: This used to be my fav. spot for deals, I spent thousands for my company with them but this is strike 3 on a defective product because I fell for the clearance deal!
New Egg is purposely selling * at extreme low prices without a refund clause. Who the heck is giving 5 stars?!
I asked for a credit but it kicked me right to an RMA to get the same *
