5 out of 5 eggsFlawless Ram

This review is from: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

Pros: Im creating a video game and these RAM cards are no joke. Running multiple software's plus the internet all at once for a full 24 test. The memory has operated flawlessly. I am shocked and installed four of these memory modules in my new computer. Excellent data execution!!

Cons: when i was installing i may have pressed a little to hard on the ram and the plastic surrounding it, kind broke and wiggles.but thank goodness the ram has a protective cover so the whole thing doesn't break.

Other Thoughts: worthy 32GB RAM!!!!

1 out of 5 eggsI have a big problem!

This review is from: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

Pros: i got this order in 3 days

Cons: one of my ram were faulty and caused my computer to crash whenever i tried using it. i ran the memory diagnostic tool from windows 8.1 and it only gave me an error message with this stick plugged in.

Other Thoughts: the other stick works perfectly. this was happening as soon as i plugged it in so it couldn't be a user error. i will remove this bad review if seller helps to correct this issue.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Perfectly

This review is from: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

Pros: -High performance.
-Reliable.
-Supposedly overclockable.

Cons: -Not the least expensive kit available in this price range.

Other Thoughts: I originally bought a G.Skill upgrade for my system which was less expensive than this but made my system completely unstable, despite being listed as compatible with my MSI mainboard. I decided to switch to this kit (I previously had the 8GB version of it) and it's been perfect. The RAM performs well, has had no issues whatsoever and though I don't do RAM overclocking, this kit is supposed to take that well. It's definitely not the least expensive kit and if you don't have compatibility issues with a brand like G.Skill, that might still be best if cost as a concern. But if you go cheap, know what you're in for.

5 out of 5 eggsCors(Air) Flying high - Vengeance

This review is from: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

Pros: My first experience with Corsair was a travel drive, best travel drive I have ever used, and I've use a lot of travel drives in my line of work. So I thought I would give their RAM memory a try. What a excellent memory kit this is. Well built and lightning fast! Gooood jooob Cors(Air). I think I misspelled job, I left out an "o".

Cons: I tried, but the box it came in was just too small to wear as a hat....so if your looking for a ball cap you might want to look elsewhere.
p.s. and I have a really small head.

Other Thoughts: When I put the ram into my system it first only run on 1333.
I consulted Dr. Google and found out the BIOS version of my particular motherboard had a little hiccup in it. I had to set all my dram settings on manual. All the SPD columns had to be set manually. But after that my Cors(Air) RAM took flight.

Pros: None

Cons: This card fried my ram slot. It shorted out one of the pins on my ram controller and soldered one of the pins to the card. When I pulled the ram out it tore the pin and shorted out the entire controller. So now I have to purchase new ram and a new motherboard.

1 out of 5 eggsdefective

This review is from: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

Pros: Arrived swiftly from newegg. Good service.

Cons: PC would not boot. Tried different slots and tried booting with one stick with no luck. I knew it was a memory issue and since I needed memory asap, I went to a local store that had Corsair Vengeance and bought it from them and the pc booted up just fine.

Other Thoughts: RMA back to newegg. Sometimes you get defective products right out of the box. I do not fault newegg for that.

5 out of 5 eggsNo complaints

This review is from: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C9

Pros: Was expecting one of the sticks to be DOA after all the reviews I've seen but I shouldn't have. These sticks do the trick, all you might have to do is enable the X.M.P. profile in the BIOS to get them to run at their advertised speeds!

Cons: None so far
