Cons: I have to write something in this box as well... Other Thoughts: Have sent Asus tech support an email. The same G.Skill 4GB kit is in the Asus QVL. This kit is not. QVL actually lists NO 8GB kits available for this motherboard, even though it is sold as having a maximum memory capacity of 8GB. Awaiting Asus response and I will update this review as necessary... After having gone through TWO sets of Patriot RAM from a local brick and mortar that blue screened my machine (memtest showed oodles of errors... ridiculous) I decided to chance purchasing online. After double checking the speed, voltage, CAS etc. of my current two sticks to ensure everything would match (yay Speccy!), I found these... with a guarantee that they'd work flawlessly with my processor and chipset. I wasted most of last weekend messing with poor quality RAM when I should have looked here first. Tonight, I powered down, plugged the Ripjaws in, powered up, and was running with 16 gigs, ZERO problems. I am AMAZED. G.SKILL forever. Cons: I can't think of any, to be honest.
