Pros: I have used GSkill memory on a lot of my builds and I always like the results . I was originally going to buy the vanilla set of GSkill 1600mhz, but I figured for a few bucks more I could get this set which has slightly better timings and awesome heatsinks. Boy am I glad I did !

Just coming from another set of GSkill 1333mhz there was a noticeable difference. I have watercooling so clearance isn't an issue but FYI **These modules are 2 1/4 inches tall** Other than that I installed them and booted was able to boot right up. I set the timings manually 8-8-8-21 @ 1.6v and this has allowed me to run up to 4.2ghz on i7 920.

Cons: NewEgg didn't accidentally slip a extra 6gb pack in my shipping envelope......

Other Thoughts: I did a video review for these on YouTube if you would like a real life look at these. Type "GSkill PI Series DDR3 1600mhz 8-8-8-21 1.6v to 1.65v" in the search bar and the video will pop up.

Unfortunately the video file is too big for NewEgg's requirements as I upload in 1080p :)

Good choice

Pros: I purchased this memory for its reccomendation from Asus., it's a matched 6GB with a low latency. Works great, no problems so far. The 1600 memory increased my i7-920 CPU from 2.66 to 2.80. As soon as it was installed and turned on the computer recognized all 6GB.

Cons: The tall cooler fin on one dimm was very close to the CPU cooler I installed so I had to do some work on grinding down the edge of the cooler fins to leave a small space inbetween the CPU cooler and the first memory stick.
I installed a Thermalright AXP140/140 mm fan on my i7-920 which is on an Asus P6T-V2 MB. Everything runs nice and cool.

Pros: looks cool with my gskill turbulence ram fan fits perfectly runs cool too ill be running memtest and feel them with my hand and they seem only slightly warm i have them running at 1800 at the default 8-8-8-21 at 1.64v totally stable scores 7.9 in the windows 7 experience index and i like the tall heat sinks they look sweet and probably help a lot
