Pros: This dual channel kit works so well with the Asus P5Q PRO Turbo, I ditched my mushkin 2x1GB and added another set for a total of 8Gb of this stuff.. Q9450 3.20@1600FSB- max for my processor is 3.93@1920FSB, this is air cooled mind you a cool 25C..
FSB:RAM1.1 ratio.. Stable 24/7...

Cons: None I can think of ..

Other Thoughts: It may not be DDR3 but seems to work flawless in my system using an 120GB OCZ agility2 ssd and my Q9450 from 3 years ago and ASUS P5Q PRO TURBO mobo.. Thanks Patriot #1 memory in my book.....

Pros: Runs at rated timing if you apply the correct voltage, which is 2.2V (not 2.1). Doesn't give me hiccups, even in a hot case with the FSB at 210.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Solid product, would buy again. I try to stick with Patriot as their products have worked well for me regardless of type.

Pros: Been running almost solid since December of 08, still going strong. Running it at 4-4-4-9 w/ tRD of 7, 400Mhz Northbridge Clock, on a Gigabyte P43 motherboard. Absolutely no issues with them. It uses Hynix memory chips, or at least mine did. Great memory!

Cons: Wow, price has doubled since I got this. Got it for $45 (non sale price) back 12/08

Other Thoughts: Running in a Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L, feeding a Core 2 Duo E7300 @ 3.4Ghz (1600MHz FSB), and a XFX Radeon 5770

Pros: I don't know where to begin, but this dual channel kit is great... on a Asus p5q pro turbo i have my Q9450 running stable @ 3.4 @ 1700FSB and FSB:DRAM ratio is 1:1. Its been steady for 72 hours now, no hiccups. I could not break 1600fsb with my mushkin 4x1gb sticks. These are actually working with 2x1gb sticks low latency mushkins i ran before i bought these patriots for a total of 6GB ram.

Cons: I was hoping for an american made set of Patriots, the ones i got say made in taiwan, but have the new 25th anniversary heat spreaders.. so i am not complaining.

Other Thoughts: I have used Patriots in the past , but only jumped to mushkin as i got these sets for free as a gift. If i was to do another build... I would use Patriot again as this set of 2x2GB have shown this memory company does not play around. these are truly performance sticks.. Thanks again Patriot and Newegg for allowing me to buy some time before a new build as my system runs close to an intel I7 according to the benchmarks i have done... Summer is here and I can attend to upgrading my Hemi...

Pros: Good memory; fast, dual channel, works at specified timings

Cons: The Patriot RMA Process is horrible. I bought two of these kits. Out of the 4 sticks of ram, one caused frequent BSoDs. Initiating the RMA process was easy enough, but once they received the defective stick (confirmed by USPS, not Patriot), I received no update, until I called them two weeks later, and then it was like pulling teeth to get information from the extremely apathetic support representative. The verdict: wait another week for the parts to fix the ram to come in.

Other Thoughts: Patriot makes good quality products, but for the occasional bad egg that slips through the cracks, they really need to step up and fix their flawed support process.

Pros: Can't go wrong with Patriot memory!

Cons: I ordered 2. One runs fine at specification: 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1V. The other cannot run on those timings. Will try to RMA/return.
