Other Thoughts: I spent quite a while reading reviews and doing research before my purchase. I had a tight budget and wanted the best for my money. I wanted to build a base system. I bought PSU (cooler master Elite 460), Mobo (Biostar TA785GE, Processor (AMD Athlon II X 4 635), and this memory. All the items that I bought, including this, rated very high. I can see why. I would not only recommend this memory but also the other 3 items that I purchased. Having a hdd, DVD Burner and a case, the $250 that I spent got me one HECK of a system. Pros: I bought the exact version of this 1 year ago when it had the red heat spreaders. They still have the exact same frequency and everything but I guess they just decided to change the design of the product. I'm not running 4GB total on Windows 7 and I score a 7.1 rating which is great for DDR2 800 memory! Cons: It cost me $26.99 a year ago for the exact same deal.
