3 out of 5 eggsworks

Pros: This ram still works going on a year now..although my MB lost a dim a week ago,so i am upgrading soon.(Asus rampage formula 3)
will not run at 2000 speed, only at 1866..this is not XMP rated ram..i would suggest dominator that is rated xmp profiles..

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: next ram i buy will be DOMINATOR..look for this in your next purchase to run correct speeds..you get what you pay for

4 out of 5 eggsDon't run @ddr3 2000

Pros: Memory runs great @1866 Mhz with timings set @ 9-9-9-24 on a P6x58d premium Bios 1501

Cons: Bios reads XMP profile as advertised but won't run at those speeds; might be motherboard issue. Bought 2 sets for a total of 24gbs. when set at the advertised speeds not all memory is detected (Missing 8gbs) plus won't run stable. when set at 1866 all the memory is recognized.

Other Thoughts: XMP profile is as advertised but motherboard wont run them at those speeds. Pretty sure it is a mobo issue.

5 out of 5 eggsBEST RAM

Pros: This ram works as advertised and is really FAST.

I'm running this ram OC'd on first generation I7 processor that I bought 2 yrs ago and P6T MOBO. I purchased 2 sets of this RAM totaling 24GB and the timings/speeds listed by the vendor (9-10-9--27 at 1.64 V). CPU-Z lists DRAM Frequency at 1001.3 MHz and NB Frequency at 4005.1 MHz. Finally after OC-ing my I7 with Turbo Boos I get up to 3.5 GHz.

Cons: not cons as of right now

5 out of 5 eggsGood quality memory :)

Pros: Thankfully memory prices have dropped so much in the last 10 years.. Why skimp on cheap memory when you can have some of the best for a few bucks more :)

4 out of 5 eggsNot at 2000Mhz...

Pros: Eight months so far. Rock solid at 1600Mhz, 8-8-8-24 timing, manual tuning on a P6T Deluxe V2 board, 1.5V. Will o.c. to 1800's MHz at 1.65V but will not withstand Prime95 or SiSoftSandra for very long. Never had to RMA any Corsair memory (10years).

Cons: Cannot o.c. to 2000MHz on my board without fine tuning slot voltages, etc. and is easy to BSOD at this speed. Not practical. Agreed that Corsair is overstating their o.c.'s but at the right price 1600MHz at 8-8-8-24 is still good for me.

Other Thoughts: System
Core i7 960 at 4.0GHz, stable 24 hr burn in (160 blk, 25 cyc, 1.2625V core, 1.375V
Asus P6T Deluxe V2 with current bios.
12GB of this memory, 1.5V at 1600MHz, timings above
Coolermaster V8 with Enermax fan(s) for more performance.
2 eVGA570 SC's in SLI at 825MHz stable.
2 Corsair Force 115GB ssd's in raid 0 for W7 64-bit.
1 Corsair Force 115GB ssd on Marvell 6121 for XP 32-bit.
1 Seagate 1TB hd and 1 1TB usb ext drive for frequent backups and 2 WD drives for clones once a month ( still not sure about ssd durability).
-Haf X case.

5 out of 5 eggsStill going strong

Pros: Runs fine at XMP-2000 with 1.65v. Doesn't get terribly hot at that voltage. In fact the temperature varies very little between 1.5v and 1.65v so you might as well run the memory maxed even if you're using it in a water cooled rig or HTPC with little circulation.

Cons: Won't run any respectable speed at 1.5v or lower so underclocking/volting for power or heat isn't an option to expect out of these.

Other Thoughts: They've been running strong for over 6 months now in a Rampage III Formula. I never had any problems with them being detected or using any of the JEDEC or XMP profiles that I've used. I haven't pushed them above 1000MHz (XMP-2000) since it's easier to clock them lower with my CPU overclock settings.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: This 12 GB kit worked fine on XMP profile @2000 MHz right out of the box on Asus Rampage III.

Populating only 3 of 6 Mother Board slots leaves plenty of room between sticks for good air circulation.

Boosted my Windows experience index to 7.8

Cons: The price is a little high. One time had to reboot because of not running at 2,000 MHz, but that was one boot out of hundreds of starts.

Other Thoughts: Lian Li PC V-1010 Noctua 1X14, 2X12, USB-3 retrofit kit
Intel 980X Running at 3.44 GHz (runs this speed if XMP is enabled!) Cooler Master 212+ cooler with Akasa Apache PWM

4 out of 5 eggsWorks great if you know how to tune it!

Pros: Running stable at 1004 MHz @ 9-10-9-27 according to both CPU-Z and Speccy

Sys specs:
Win 7 Pro
ASUS Rampage III MB
i7 980-X CPU

Cons: Takes knowledge of how to tweak MB settings to get full XMP speed (perhaps as well a quality MB). Running at speeds less than XMP resulted in somewhat unstable programs from my experience with it since I got it (did not bump up to XMP for the first month or so while still testing things on the system). Instability problems seemed to be solved as soon as XMP was activated.

1 out of 5 eggs1866 DOES NOT RUN AT 2000

Pros: none, get a cheaper kit that is 6 x2. gskill trident is what i had, and i kept it b/c it works at 12gb 6 x 2gb sticks with 2000mhz and 4.0 mhz overclock.`

Cons: only runs at 1600 or 1866, after tireless tweaks, why bother?

Other Thoughts: very surprised with corsair being the #1 brand of high prestige and compatibility, or as I had thought, in the past.

G skill trident is cheaper and will actually run at the 2000mhz, although their other series didnt run at 2000mhz for me either.
