Recognized immediately in Foxconn H67M-V mobo with Intel Core i3-2130 CPU and Win-7 64 bit with no problems. Cons: None Other Thoughts: I just changed my OS and did a Clean Install of Win-7 Home Premium 64 bit (previously had Vista Home Premium 32 bit) so I decided to increase memory from 4 GB to 8 GB. First kit I purchased from Newegg in March was Version 8.16, however, this second kit I just got is Version 2.2! Not sure why lower Version # when purchased 8 months later! Not sure if it will cause any problems since 1st kit in slots 1 & 3 and 2nd kit in slots 2 & 4. Just hope no problems arise. Was surprised, however, on the major difference in Version #'s on the exact same memory kit purchased from same vendor. Did you find this review helpful? Recognized immediately with NO Problems. Cons: None Other Thoughts: My Velocity Micro Asus mobo died in Feb. 2012, after 4 years, & I was using 4 GB (4 x 1GB) DDR2 Corsair Twin 2X memory and never had a problem with that. Cons: Bought two packages of these and the system was unstable from the beginning. Win 7 wouldn't install correctly and wouldn't update. Reboots every 15-30 mins and then the BSOD's started. Finally figured out it was one of the memory packages. But WHAT a pain to figure out. I guess QA can't catch all of these but I sure wish they did! Did you find this review helpful? Newegg customer service is also great as always. Cons: DDR3 1333, but it's running on a motherboard that only supports up to 1333, so not really a con. Other Thoughts: I had trouble with rebate issues and such at first, however, Newegg handled the situation extremely well and made sure that I was a happy returning customer. Thanks!
