Cons: none Other Thoughts: I did quite a bit of looking before I settled on Corsair. Brand Vs Brand it just came down to trusting Corsair memory over other leading competitors. I've never had a problem with Corsair memory. Make sure to check your timings. My EVGA board set the memory timing to something like 9,8,9,24 or something like that and 1066 Mhz. I never hesitate to buy corsair memory because it's a safe bet whatever you get will work as advertised. Cons: Nothing. Corsair has always made good stuff, and they have taken care of me quickly whenever there was an issue, so I will remain a customer and seek this brand. Cons: None. DDR3 is expensive. Other Thoughts: The heat sinks are (IMO) more beneficial for handling/ESD than for cooling. Memory doesn't get hot anyway, so elaborate cooling isn't really needed. Did you find this review helpful? WEI = 7.8. Cons: bought on discount, but still pricey Other Thoughts: What the heck?!? I thought RAM was only ever supposed to go down in price! >:( I wanna buy a second set, but the price is what is stopping me if you have a GA-X58A-UD3R, make sure you read the users manual before installing.
