5 out of 5 eggsReally Nice

Pros: This memory has been lasting me so far for about a year, it runs at around 40*c and is VERY fast. I currently have 8gb of it and, yeah.

Cons: ...little bit on the high side-price-wise?

Other Thoughts: Really nice heatsink.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Ram

Pros: Works well at stated timings, runs fast and well. Seems well made and handles decent voltage. No problems.

Cons: Nothing other than I guess the price, it's too bad that RAM has doubled in price this year.

Other Thoughts: If you have a DFI ICFX3200 board you need to download the newest bios update for this RAM to work with your board. I actually returned ram last december(when it was cheap) because I couldn't get it to work with this board and I thought it was the ram. Come to find out there was a bios update that I didn't see that was released right before I got the ram. Either way something to note, good board but if you want new ram you need to update the bios.

5 out of 5 eggsFast

Pros: Heat Sink and very fast. Would be great to overclock with but my mobo doesn't support it.

Cons: Had to manually set up BIOS for them.

Other Thoughts: Replaced some Kingston 4gb (2 x 2gb) 667 Ram with these mainly for the heatsink. Did not count on the improved speed. Got that as a bonus.

5 out of 5 eggssweet ram

Pros: Looks cool, boots quickly, and i got it for 48 bux rather than the new listing of 67. :p

Cons: New egg should have kept the lower price.

Other Thoughts: I have an odd issue, when i try to boot of any windows xp disk, x86 or x64, as soon as i hit any key to boot from the cd, the computer restarts, but not with vista...forum hunting for me.

1 out of 5 eggsUNLUCKY

Pros: One stick worked great. Heat sink is really slick. Great timings. Newegg was fast with the refund.

Cons: One stick was DOA. Company website has no RMA process. They just say to return it to where you bought it... Lame. Luckily I got it from Newegg. Had to pay return shipping though... Whack.

Other Thoughts: My turn for a DOA I guess. One stick gave BSOD no matter what slot I put it in. Could not even test it. Mobo wouldn't post with the bad stick in place. One egg because I had to pay for return shipping and wait for replacements... Replaced with 4G of Kingston Ram... a few extra bucks, same speed, same size, same everything... no problems at all so I know it wasn't my system. Just my turn.

5 out of 5 eggssmooth ram

Pros: This is nice ram. I used it for a family computer, and it is amazing. One important thing I needed to keep in mind when making the computer was heat. I have a Pentium D 2.8GHz in there using the stock heatsink for an E8500, and it is an oven!

Cons: Really, the only con, which is unrelated to the ram, is 32 bit Windows XP. Since it is 32 bit, it doesn't accept the whole 4 gigabytes, but who cares? First, it's a family computer, second, it has decent timings, and third, it still registered it as 3.39 gigs.

Other Thoughts: Great price, great ram. I bought this because there were no other ddr2 667's at the time of purchase, but it turns out that it was ok, because this ram is a work of art. Thank you, pqi!
