1 out of 5 eggsJust... Bad

Pros: None...

Cons: Blue Screens, Crashes.... Makes me not want to buy another gigabyte or AMD card... ever....

Other Thoughts: I'm not sure if my experience has anything to do with win 8 compatibility... but I've never been able to fix the issue with trying several different drivers, roll backs, new drivers, etc.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Great, but mine is dieing

Pros: -Runs Everything with 60 fps or higher
- Control Center works perfectly
-Has Support over many Windows versions and Linux
-Its Fast and clan play the newest video games

Cons: -Its Loud
- Can get extremely hot sometimes
- Tends to be buggy or crash

Other Thoughts: My Video card hasn't died yet but i feel like it will soon, I've owned it for about 4-5 months now and it has now been lately crashing on me extremely, I'll either get the normal for me the blue with a bunch of lines going through it type of crash requiring me to completely restart my pc's hardware, or just lately having my graphics card just go off and i cannot see anything at all on my computer but i can hear what is going on like Skype or a game that was playing

1 out of 5 eggsExpensive Doorstop

Pros: Card played pretty much everything on the highest setting at 2560x1440 without issue, when it worked anyway.

Cons: Nothing like building a new PC to have it not boot because the video card is DOA. Well I guess having the card die again a little over a year later is close though.

I am currently in the process of sending it off for RMA for the second time in a little over a year. I had problems with the card for close to 8 months where the pc would freeze and the monitors would turn off every couple of days until it finally died completely. I would have sent it off a long time ago if it didn't mean going without my computer for 3 weeks since Gigabyte would not do an advanced RMA in any form. At least when I did the original RMA through newegg I could do an advanced RMA and had a replacement card in a few days. Gigabyte has no stock so will only attempt to repair the card, which seems to be the common theme with their RMA process. I even offered to pay the difference to have an advanced RMA for an upgrade and they still wouldn't do it.

After not getting anywhere with the Advanced RMA I finally asked them if I could at least ensure that if it was bad that I get a different model card and that I would pay the difference. Since I have had 2 of these die on me in under 2 years I did not want another one. The rep informed me if it was possible to repair the card that would be all they will do, only if it could not be repaired would they consider replacing it and that if they had the same model in stock(wouldn't surprise me if it magically shows up in stock once they confirm my card is bad) that's all they would replace it with.

Terrible customer service, I won't be buying anymore Gigabyte products and I advise you don't either.

1 out of 5 eggsHorrible

Pros: When it works it is great but has only worked like 10% of the time I have owned it

Cons: About six months in my games started stuttering. Tried to contact gigabyte they open at 11:30 am Eastern Time Monday through Friday . I received the office is closed voice recording until 10 of 12. I work 1 pm to 9 pm so opening late cuts down on the time I am able to sitting down and try and troubleshoot with them. When I finally got a hold of them they had me do an rma. Turns out it was a heat sink problem sent a refurbished graphics card out and everything was fine until I tried hooking up a second display. I recently purchased an lg 42 inch tv and ran an hdmi from my computer to it. The taskbar flashes repeatedly and even interrupts some of my games. I have tried trouble shooting it myself but cannot get it to stop. Tried to call gigabyte support and again same recording "The gigabyte office is currently closed. We open 8:30 pacific." It is now 10 of 12 and still they are not open. I can understand opening late once in awhile but it is happening consistently.

Other Thoughts: Stay away from this graphics card

5 out of 5 eggsGood Card, Even in 2014

Pros: It has been running ever since March 2013 for me. It has ran all games in high settings without problems so far.

Cons: It isn't new anymore.

Other Thoughts: If you've got the money, go ahead and get a newer card, not because this one is bad or anything, but simply because it's good to stay up to date as much as you can on this kind of technology.

1 out of 5 eggsCard is a dud

Pros: While this card can excel when its operational, unfortunately it likes to take vacations back to the RMA center. It is so frustrating to have to deal with this process yet again. After getting it back from repair you'd think you could trust their process, but unfortunately all i'll get back this time around(if approved) will just be a ticking time bomb.

Cons: Death is imminent

5 out of 5 eggsGreat! Please restock

Pros: I have been using this card for a while now and it needs a new, satisfying review. I didn't order this card off of Newegg, I went and purchased this from a man (who originally had CrossFired four of them) 211 some miles away from me for only $220 (plus a card to redeem 3 games of my choice, best deal ever), despite it being pre-owned, it has never let me down. In fact, it has always proven to overkill some games for me, surpassing 60 frames (my monitor only can go as fast as 60 fps, always have to VSync) consistently. I can play any (all of my games including BF4) game on ultra and still surpass 60fps. People say it is loud and "whiny", but I beg to differ, it runs pretty quiet. The fans on this GPU are outstanding at keeping it cool. I have run benchmarks on the highest settings I could find and it managed to never proceed past 55 Celsius. If you want an amazing GPU, consider this one greatly (if you can find it anywhere). If I could, I would have got a second one.

Cons: I don't have a second one to completely overkill every game and benchmark.

Other Thoughts: Please bring this back in stock, this was a great GPU. The other reviewers have no idea how powerful this card is.
