1 out of 5 eggsWith my GTX 680 burned and no sound after 3 months

Pros: Good features like HDMI, crossfire support, 3 SATA III ports (1 Intel B75 chipset port and 2 ASMedia ports) 7.1 Realtek audio and good look.

Cons: This motherboard burnt my Asus GTX 680 and the next day, sound card doesn't work at all and once i sniff a plastic burn odor from the motherboard.
I was loving ASRock before that, but now I will spend money again for buy an Asus or Gigabyte motherboard and other graphics card, thank you ASRock.

And i am scared for this motherboard can provoke more damage to my other hardware like RAM or processor

And the best part, No RMA for me because this happened 2 months after warranty.

ASRock I believed in you, because you disappoint me? :(

Other Thoughts: Lesson learned NEVER buy mother ASRock more cards and think twice before buying Newegg something as delicate as a motherboard.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great feature set, and low price.

Cons: Recieved one bad out of the box (system timer clock failure), but a second one worked perfectly, and is operating flawlessly.

Other Thoughts: After a significant disagreement with Newegg involving the dead board, it was returned for a refund, and a different product was purchased through a different vendor.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It runs well and quite fast. I usually have a lot of usb devices, having all of the usb ports in the back is wonderful. The onboard graphics are really good if you aren't going to be getting an actual one for a while. I went about 4 months before I got mine.

Cons: I can't really think of any, I guess the metal plate for the back of the tower was a slight pain for installing but other then that not really.

Other Thoughts: (Not actually pertaining to the motherboard) When installing the Central Processing Unit (CPU) make sure there is Thermal Paste on it otherwise you will fry the motherboard like I did my first time.

1 out of 5 eggsStay away

Pros: Looks nice.

Cons: Bought this for a work computer. There was no plastic wrap or sticker sealing the box. I opened it up and all the CPU pins were bent in opposite positions. Immediately sent it back.

1 out of 5 eggsHmmm.....

Pros: Hmmmm....

Cons: I don't own this mobo, but do own another which I like. But the response wording from the Manufacturer is disturbing. The mobo cpu socket pins are fragile and need to be handling with careful, or handling with carefully ? What's up with that ? Hopefully I won't have a need to RMA mine, I may not be able to handling carefully enough.

Other Thoughts: Maybe you should record repackaging the mobo and email them it with the return as to prove you had no bent pins. Just a thought.

1 out of 5 eggsDead on Arrival

Pros: It looks nice.

Cons: Dead on arrival, bent pins.

Other Thoughts: Looking at some of the other posts I'm astonished to find it's not just me with the issue on the pins, I don't know what to say.

3 out of 5 eggsRotten Egg

Pros: Three eggs for the manufacture

Cons: I got this board installed the processer and it would shut down on reboot.I contacted newegg for an RMA,the first thing I checked for before I sent it back was to see if I had accidently bent a pin and no not a one.Newegg got the board and told me it had bent pins,I have been building computers since the days Pentium II's were hot and have no problem confessing up if I make a mistake, but I think this one was Neweggs mistake. And if
They cant serve their customers better than that they are no better than the Tiger

Manufacturer Response:

1 out of 5 eggsSucks Newegg.com

Pros: none

Cons: DOA initially.

Like another Customer, Justin, Exactly, newegg.com insisted "damage to CPU socket contact pins that are bent beyond repair which was possibly caused due to improper installation and or customer neglect." Nothing more than Justin's case to me.

But, I could not see any damage from the moderboard before they resent an email with the statement above.

I believe and sware "The testers for M/B return was doing really bad testing or they intentionally break motherboard pins or make it bent, and report to IT WAS DAMAGED WHEN OPEN IT FROM RMA REQUEST."

Be faithful, newegg.com!!

Manufacturer Response:

Dear ASRock Customer
