5 out of 5 eggsSatisfied So Far

Pros: My old mobo made by an ASRock competitor died. I was in a hurry to replace it, so I didn't spend a lot of time researching. I planned to use my old 3770K CPU, memory, video card and drives. Many boards of that generation are no longer available. I was pleasantly surprised that the board is narrower than the standard ATX form factor. That gave me more room for cable management in my existing case. The installation was easy. Even though the old board was from a competitor, I was able to boot without re installing Windows 8,1. I did have to re-activate the OS via a phone call.

1 out of 5 eggsUnstable

Pros: Plenty of connections, has great features

Cons: As I said, it has great features, if they worked that is. This is my second board, and constant blue screen syndrome. I"VE HAD IT WITH THIS BOARD!!!

Other Thoughts: Please do your research and do not buy this board.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued ASRock Customer

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
For the blue screen, please load the BIOS default.
Test with single memory module, switching another memory module if problem still persist.

2 out of 5 eggsGreat, for a little over a year

Pros: Easy to set up, worked great for a while.

Cons: NIC died just after the 1 year mark and then the whole MoBo stopped working all together.

Other Thoughts: This was my first and last time going with ASRock. I went a little outside my comfort zone with this purchase and had been hopeful. I have built many gaming rigs over the years and this is the very first time I've had a MoBo die so quickly.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued ASRock Customer

Sorry to hear that onboard LAN has malfunctioned.
Please try below to check if its resolved.
Clear the CMOS.
Test with another LAN cable.
Install the driver at link " http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z75%20Pro3/?cat=Download " .
Check LAN port LED lights are on when plugged the cable (under Windows).

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: none

Cons: built a computer from scratch with this mobo. My monitor keeps saying no signal when I turn my computer on, there are no beeps indicating any problems or a startup. The monitor works with other computers, tried a tv with hdmi and hooked it up to the onboard video with no success. I guess static electricity did this one in.

Other Thoughts: I really wish I hadn't thrown away the original packaging, because that's neweggs criteria for returning items.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Valued ASRock Customer

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Please trouble shoot the mainboard whether the issue is resolved.

• Remove the mainboard from chassis, place it on mainboard’s box.
• Clear the CMOS.
• Reseat the CPU and heatsink fan.
• Test with single memory module (non-ECC, un-buffered).
• Test with onboard VGA (CPU with iGPU or test with VGA card).
• Plug the 24 + 8 or 4 pins ATX power.
• Connect the chassis power switch to mainboard, and try again.

If you have any technical support inquiry, please contact us at http://www.ASRock.com/support/tsd.asp. We will assist you shortly.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: Board works great, upgraded from ASRock B75 which was a very stable board I used for the past year.

Overclocks good so far with my 3570k, PCI-E-16 3.0 works flawlessly with my gtx 970. Sata 3 6 gbps perfect for Samsung 840 pro ssd, what more could I ask for?

It's about the only thing you can get for a 1155 cpu right now unless you want to want to risk bidding on a used board.

Cons: The only complaint I have with this mobo and my previous ASRock B75 is with the onboard audio. Not enough volume, even going through good speakers or headphones.

Other Thoughts: Don't be alarmed by the fact that the board is bent a little, it doesn't seem to be a problem.

Pros: None.

Cons: I went through two of these motherboards in less than a year. #1 lasted 6 months. #2 lasted 3 months. This is the last time I buy an ASRock product.

1 out of 5 eggsLow quality garbage

Pros: None

Cons: I've gone through two of these motherboards within a 2 year period. The first board lasted a year and a half. The second one lasted about six months. I'm done -- never buying another ASRock product again.
