5 out of 5 eggs5.0 GHz i5 2500K 2133 HMz @9-11-9-27

Pros: 5.0 Freakin MHz on AIR ! only 1.496 vcore MAX. (1.52 is Intel max) This is the BEST board I've ever owned. The features and performance are incredible. I paid $69 here @ Newg for an open box. The PassMark benchmarks are ridiculous.
Has 2 CPU hole patters to also allow for LGA775 legacy coolers.
Computer can be turned on with KeyBoard and/or mouse. (in bios)
The auto vcore control when overclocking is perfect.
The settings are so basic @ 5.0GHz it's amazing. Most are auto.

Cons: The bios is nice, but having to use +/- to scroll and not drag is slow.

Other Thoughts: At 5.0GHz on air is done carefully. The only real stress I put on it is running short tests of PassMark PerformanceTest 7&8. Temp is carefully monitored with CPUID HWM to keep to 72c max. This board has a shot at 5.1GHz on water.

5 out of 5 eggsASRock Z75 Pro3

Pros: Fantastic MOBO. Smaller than most ATX sizes worked perfect out the box. Not a single issue has happened or developed. Been running this MOBO 24/7 since out the box and is incredibly stable. Comes with OC software and a bunch of other software but I only installed the ASRock extreme tuner which seemed like the only useful program. Second best MOBO I've ever had so far.

Cons: NONE.

Other Thoughts: I didn't realize it was a much smaller compact size ATX MOBO that I'm use to so it made wire management a little bit difficult since I'm a crazy wire tucker with my case. I wouldn't even consider this a CON.

1 out of 5 eggsShort life span

Pros: It host a lot of nice features for both its chipset and price.

Cons: Despite what it offers, it can't hold it for long as many reported, it died shortly after the 1 year warranty. The build I used this motherboard was for low load, general office use.

This isn't a one time thing this product have failed either, when I first received the product, it was DOA. I should have just kept the refund since the board died a year after.

Other Thoughts: Newegg replaced the DOA board with a CHEAPER variant that I didn't ask for, a B75 but that's another story.

5 out of 5 eggsNice features for the price.

Pros: Good board for the price. Haven had a problem at all with this board. I would by AsRock again. this would be my first motherboard from them. Im running an i7 2700k with 8gigs of ddr 1600 and a gtx770 from gigabyte. I even got a gt 640 running phisx. Running all this on a lepa g750 with absolutely no problems. I would buy AsRock again. Highly recommended.

Cons: After reading the reviews. I ended up getting the extended warranty. Just to be safe.

4 out of 5 eggs1 year review

Pros: the board was awsome while it ran,

Cons: after a year my board decided to die, not sure what hit it to cause it but i dont think it was the boards fault or the manufactures. I hate having a board die early but stuff happens.

Other Thoughts: just because my board died after a year doesnt mean its a bad board.,, the features this board offers is amazing.. i still to this day will suggest this board to other people!

1 out of 5 eggsWon't boot

Pros: Arrived in 2 days from Newegg... yay Newegg. Relatively good documentation from a Chinese Mfr.

Cons: Keeps power cycling when memory is inserted. I have two sets of RAM, GSkill F2-1288CL9D-8GBRL (4gb) and Gskill F3-10666CL9D-16GBXL (8gb). I tried every possibility of RAM combination but the machined turns on, then turns off again. Re-seated CPU and tried again, removed video card. Posts fine w/ no memory, but as soon as memory goes in it power cycles.

There is also nothing on the board to screw the CPU fan down to, just 4 LGA775 and 4 LGA1155 holes. My case doesn't have a place for standoffs underneath (it's cut away) so I had to use standoffs as nuts on the backside of the board. There was no hardware included with the board.

Other Thoughts: I had a Dell XPS 8500 and the mobo flaked out. It would run fine for a week then wouldn't turn on. Finally moved to guts to a new case and all was good for a week or so then same thing happened again so I gave up on the dell mobo and ordered this one. Now I can hopefully RMA to Newegg, but I'm bummed I've burned so much time and cash. Rebuilding a PC for the 3rd time in a month isn't my idea of a good time.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear ASRock Customer

We sincerely apologize that you having difficulty with mainboard.
The power cycling related to memory and its controller.
Please clear the CMOS.
Reseat the CPU and cooler.
Test with single memory module on each slot one by one.
