5 out of 5 eggsVery good case

Pros: The fan controller on the top is an excellent feature that they put in. There are two 120mm fans in the front with red LED's and one 120mm fan in the back that does not have LED's. The filter things are easily removable and can be cleaned by blowing the dust out of them. On the top of the case, there is an area where you can put two fans. Above the two front fans, there are 4 external 5.25" drive bays. The very bottom external bay has a slot that you remove to fit a 3.5" drive. The case comes with an adapter that you can use to help keep it in place although i don't think i will be needing this because there are 6 internal 3.5" drive bays. The sides of the case are secured by two thumb screws that are located in the back. You do not need any of the screws to hold the side up but if you don't want it to open if you are moving it, secure it with the screws. The power button is on the to right, one slot over to the left is an E-SATA port followed by the USB 3.0, a mic and headset port, two USB 2.0's and the reset button to the far left.

Cons: Filters keep getting filled with dust and hair due to my dog sitting next to it but that's my fault.

Other Thoughts: i hope this was helpful!

1 out of 5 eggsall busted up

Pros: Nice large case for my new build.

Cons: received in a timely manner, although all 10 face plate clasps were snapped off how this happens when the box was flawless is beyond me. Other then rosewill them selves are just a bunch of incomps... Decided to keep the case rather then deal with the month of waiting and not beinv reimbursed express shipping.

Other Thoughts: great case for the money if you receive it In one piece that is.

4 out of 5 eggsGood value case

Pros: -isn't an obnoxiously gaudy l33t g4M3r Mountain Dewritos™ style case
-well constructed; feels sturdy
-may be a con for some people, but it's pretty big
-will fit a 240mm radiator on top, but you have to put the fans in a puller configuration on top of the case underneath the top dust filter. Heavy duty trucks have their radiator fan in a puller configuration so there's no reason why it shouldn't cool just as well.
- Fan knob actually came in handy for me, my fans are a tad too noisy at full power so I can just crank them down when I'm not doing anything strenuous.

Cons: -could use more USB 3.0 ports, but not too big an issue
-as others say the fan control knob feels like it would be easy to break, but so far it's held together

Other Thoughts: All in all a great case, it will not disappoint.

2 out of 5 eggsRosewill R5 Gaming Case

Pros: Its big and has the space that you req and has room for liquid cooling

Cons: Came to me with stuff bent, broken off, and the front panel's hanging buy one bolt cause the other ones to keep in in place are broken as well

Other Thoughts: I know its not newegg's fault since the package was beat up so I assume the people delivering hurt it but everything inside was fine and I got it when it was on sale. I would not recomend this for $99.99 def get a better one or wait for a sale.

2 out of 5 eggsRosewill tower case

Pros: looks nice, lots of air flow. good design.

Cons: two of the four bottom face plate pins that hold the face plate on where broken off. didn't notice it till I had most of the build done and was going to put the DVD in and had to remove face plate.

1 out of 5 eggsLow Manufacturing Standards/Quality

Pros: Roomy Case, Good airflow,

Cons: Case was received with power switch inoperable, a dent in side panel, and I had to re tap all the standoff and side panel screw holes.
Unbelievably bad quality control on the case, as far as case complaints, cable management area very tight for such a large case.

Other Thoughts: Ran a temporary power switch till I can get another case in so I can return this one,
Other retailers would have fired me off another case either same case or like priced case if I did not want that one, same day rma issued not making the customer wait through shipping and a 2-5 day refund wait.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: - Removable top, front and bottom filters - front fans are easy to get to and clean
- Entire front panel is easy to remove
- Nice cable management with rubber grommets - can hide most everything under the right-side panel
- Tool-less caddies
- Harddrives pull out from the side - no more pulling out the front or toward the motherboard
- Mostly metal construction and all surfaces are painted
- eSATA and USB 3 on top - connectors are nice and tight
- Bottom vent for PSU
- Cost far less than my Antec 900 and I think this is the better case

Cons: - Removable filters are great and the main reason I bought this case but the actual filter material is pretty thin and permanently mounted in the panel. I think it would be worthwhile to put your own, heavier, removable filter media in
- Filters on top, front and bottom but there are open vents on the panels. Time will tell how much dirt gets in this way. Easy enough to add your own filters if desired.
- I can't see using the fan speed control on top - I just connected them directly to the MB
- The reset button looks the same as power and is not recessed. I can see bumping it and rebooting the computer. I may just unhook it.
- Not the sexiest case but I was tired of blinding LEDs anyway (the one I bought a few months ago had no LED fans)
- Front panel audio connector did not match pinout on my card. Don't know if this was HTO Striker fault or Rosewill
- Yes, the HDD trays feel a little flimsy, but they aren't going to break, work great for SSD and snap firmly in place

Other Thoughts: For the money, I'm very happy with the case, it was a joy to build with. I spent a pretty penny on the Antec 900 when it came out and never liked it very much. It looks cool but cleaning fans, removing drives and cable management was a pain. There was no bottom venting for the PSU, which didn't make much sense to me and I was tired of blinding LED lights.

5 out of 5 eggsIncluded 2.5" drive adapter

Pros: A case with filters, no dust bunnies inside.
Large, takes large cards
Holds a 2.5" drive with included drive holders

Cons: I would love if it had a solid top, in case of a spill. This is the only design change I would make.
You probably want to buy a card reader for extra options beyond USB. Easily added

5 out of 5 eggsSolid case

Pros: Solid construction
Plenty of room
Grommets for cable routing
Plenty of screws and hardware for mounting everything

Cons: Flimsy HD sleds
Cheesy LED lights on the fans

Other Thoughts: Fans are a solid meh -- they're certainly not the worst fans to ship with a case, but you can do better
Also, as others have noted, the fan control knob is an odd and unnecessary feature

5 out of 5 eggsPlenty of room with great airflow

Pros: This case has a lot going for it. Good solid construction is present throughout: rubber grommets for cable management, good alignment of the mobo standoff screws to the external ports / slots, and plenty of inlet & outlet vents for good airflow.

There is an internal fan mount behind the hard drive bays, the top of which comes right to the second PCI slot (usually where the first PCI-E card is on most ATX motherboards). This means you can point a fan directly at your graphics card(s) for a better cooling loop. I can comfortably fit two 3-fan extended GTX 770 cards and still have clearance for the internal case fan. My cards haven't gone above 55 C under load.

Finally, speaking of fans, pretty much everything is filtered. The top, front, and bottom two (yep!) inlet fan mounts all have dust covers or filters. The attention to airflow in the design of this case is excellent.

Cons: There are a few nitpicks that I'm not wild about. First, there's an external fan speed controller, which is sort of a weird "feature" to have. I'd like it much better if they included a fan controller splitter/circuit for one of the motherboard fan connectors (which would be powered by the 12V rails, but controlled by the motherboard pins).

Also, the vent placement in the side panels can pretty much defeat the purpose of the front intake fans, so you may get better results closing them off somehow and directing airflow into the main part of the case.

Also, there's no option to screw-mount hard drives. I honestly don't know why case manufacturers require the use of their proprietary quick-mount bays. I like my drives mounted and grounded securely, and the quick-mount bays in this case have a fair bit of play in them.

Other Thoughts: At the typical sale price (50-60), it's a great deal. Very spacious, plenty of options for cooling and support for a wide variety of fan sizes, and quality construction throughout. Probably the most bang for the buck I've ever gotten from a computer case.
