Pros: What can I say, everything you've read about this beast, is true. Installed without a hitch, download Cat 9.2 and off I went. Pure gaming bliss. I use a 30" D**l monitor so I needed something with more 'oomph' and this fulfilled my needs perfectly.

Cons: It's big. It's power hungry. It's expensive. But if you're looking at buying this, you know what you are getting into.

Overall Review: Fits perfectly into a Silverstone TJ09 with plenty of room. Using a Silverstone Olympia 1000W psu and happily have had no issues at all. Fast shipping from the 'Egg as always.

Pros: This card will make mince meat out of any game you throw at it (even if you have just one). ATI just launched a updated version of the video driver and Catalyst. They helped to increase overall FPS. Love the dual GPU and memory banks. Easy to set the GPU clock and memory clock through Catalyst OverDrive (normal GPU clock: 750MHz / normal memory clock: 900MHz/ max GPU clock: 800MHZ / max memory clock: 1GHz). You can even set GPU clock and memory clock speeds separate from one another (it is two video cards in one). You can set the fan speed as well.

Cons: Runs hot, loud and heavy. Thats minor though. Rather have a cool running card than a silent one. Takes up a lot of space but what card doesn't nowadays.

Overall Review: Planning on buying another down the road. It automatically sets itself in Crossfire mode and there is no way turn it off (why would you want to). This is a better buy than the GTX 295 which doesn't offer that much better performance for a hundred dollars more. Pros: I did a decent amount of research before buying this beast. As always there is a trade off for dual core vid cards as compared to a more powerful single core (I was torn between this and the 285) I ordered this instead due to it's better performance at higher resolutions and higher AA and AF settings. That said if you game at lower resolutions you will actually get better performance out of a 285.

Cons: Heavy, like a brick. No, for reals, this thing IS as heavy as a brick.

Overall Review: If you are not limited to a single slot you will get better performance out of 2 4870s in Xfire than a single 4870x2. A good all around card especially if you plan on buying a second one to put in quad Xfire and making mince meat of all games you throw at it. =)

Pros: The 4870x2 Graphics Card is the nicest card I have ever used a card this powerful before. I just got this bad boy on Monday Aug 3, 2009. Its a snap to get it going and I run like a dream. This is my first computer I had ever built from the ground up. I give it 100 eggs if I could.

Cons: The card does get Hot at time if you don't use a fan speed control program. I had see that on you tube there was some nice videos out there to fix this problem, but to save everone time I will list the program names for you: Riva Tuner v2.24, and Gpu-z 0.3.4 to watch the temps drop. Temps at 37c and with load 49c.

Overall Review: I thought it was bad because it just stopped working while it was running a vista update. I later found out that my MONITOR DVI imput stopped working. (but seems to post ok with my 1900xt I swapped in toTS it.) Plugged it into the vga side and it came right up! So I guess I have egg on me now for my last post. It works on the dvi port on my other lcd monitor. I guess I got the dvi bug that people talk about but never got tell now..

Pros: This card can handle every game that I've tried with no problems. And using all of the highest settings. Shows up as 2 video cards in ATI Catalyst. The fan blows the heat out of the back of the case. I can hardly wait to get another! I want to run Crysis at full steam!!!

Cons: It can get very hot!!! I couldn't believe how much heat it puts out. The back of my pc felt like a blow dryer at full capacity. HA HA! You definitely need a pc with great airflow or water cooling!!!
