In which countries can it be used? Is India, South Africa and Italy supported?
It works in 200+ regions of the world, EXCEPT India (Type D) and South Africa (Type M). The Type C plug works with three-prong outlets in Italy / France / Switzerland / Israel. For further inquiries, please refer to our product details.
Can I use my hair dryer in Europe? The product says it supports 100-250V.
US hair dryers usually Not Work properly in Europe, so you'll need to check the voltage of your appliance before use. The data written on the adapter is the voltage that the adapter can withstand. Notice: AC outlet Does Not convert voltage.
Does it charge cell phones, tablets and laptops? Do I need to bring a charger?
The USB ports on the adapter intelligently charge All Types of cellphones, smartwatches, headphones and tablets, and support PD and QC fast charging up to 75W. No need to bring the Original Charger.
What should I do if the adapter loses power while traveling?
Check if the outlet and cord are working properly, then check for a blown fuse: Remove the fuse slot of the adapter and replace it with a spare fuse.
If it doesn't convert the voltage, then what situations can I use the AC Outlet?
In any case, you can use devices that support wide voltage (100-240V): most cell phone/laptop chargers, hair dryers that support wide voltage. Appliances support local voltage. For example: Using appliances from UK in France (both 230V)
