Pros: These all burned perfectly so far with zero defective. They burn at a decent speed too. You can also write anything on the top of the disc without logos and lines and symbols and other nonsense in your way.

Cons: It's almost impossible to tell if a disc is burned or not by looking at the bottom due to its transparency. Also, the spindle arrived completely shattered with the bottom totally demolished.

Overall Review: They could definitely pad the thing better prior to shipping it!

Pros: Only one or two coasters out of the pack

Cons: nothing related to the product

Overall Review: Come to think of it, the coasters might have been related to DVD burner drive, which has not been consistent at high speeds. When I burn at about 32x with my DL-DT-ST CD-RW drive (made by LG?), these discs are always good.

Pros: My department uses these disk for records requests. We burn a PDF on to them, hit them with a label maker and send them on their way. I've purchased well over 10 spindles and have had 2 coasters. I've never recieved a request back from the field stating there was an issue with the disk.

Cons: The only con is that to the untrained eye, both sides look identical. Be sure to label one side early!

Overall Review: For the price per disk, there's really no better value.

Pros: Works as advertised.

Cons: The front and back sides look similar, but you can tell the difference upon close inspection. Not a big deal.

Overall Review: Just mark them before or right after you burn them.

Pros: Excellent price for CDs that don't come out coasters.

Cons: None yet. NO coasters.

Overall Review: I bought these on sale because of the great Newegg price and because the brand I had been using was no longer available. These work just fine. There are some complaints about not being able to tell which side is which. Well, the "label" side has some numerical data around the hub that is not on the "back". If you lose track of which side is which, you can definitely tell by carefully looking at the data/area around the hub. I will buy several hundred more of these the next time that they are on sale.

Pros: I have used a few of them so far and none of them have become coasters.

Cons: It would have been nice if the top had a brand and label area.

Overall Review: Permanent marker on the top of the disk hasn't ruin the data.

Pros: These discs were very cheap: 10 cents a disc with rebate. So far, they have all worked no problem.

Cons: It is impossible to tell which side of the disc is written on... This can be extremely confusing and cause many a headache. (See other thoughts)

Overall Review: I recommend putting a (blank) label on all of the discs right when you get them - that way you can know which side is which. Shipping was superb on this! I ordered it on Tuesday, paid for standard 3 day shipping, and got it on Wednesday!

Pros: Not one coaster in the whole batch. (batch = 10 spindles of 100) I like the all silver tops - prevents any information bleed through on the top label.

Cons: Top and bottom look the same. Not a problem for me but can be for those who don't know how to tell the top from the bottom.
