Pros: Worked well, right out of the box and am very happy with its performance. This unit is well priced and worth every penny. The set-up was almost idiot-proof and was accomplished within 5 minutes.

Overall Review: I bought this to router to act as my primary router but my ISP's combo unit is specialized and because it serves as my video and internet modem, I would have to get another modem just for the video to let the internet pass through. It's a small ISP and the only one that serves in my hunkbunk town. So with that said I decided to use it as an AP to boost the signal using the 5gHz signal, which my providers combo unit doesn't transmit on. Since I already set it up, after figuring out my ISP's requirements, I decided to keep it. Love the unit and the range of the signal is much farther now. I can't comment on the router functions, sorry.

Pros: Excellent- fast-easy, easy easy setuo. I run this router next to a Netgear router and the TP-Link never cuts out. Better than Netgear by a mile. I run two tp repeaters and have total coverage, basement to attic. I would definitely recommend this router.

Pros: Noticeably faster performance than the older router it replaced. Administration and configuration are easy to do through a browser, if you are experienced with routers and network rules. (I'm a career propellerhead.) I'm not sure it would be pleasant for those who are less technically savvy.

Cons: Guest wi-fi network is only 2.4 GHz. The app is pretty much useless.

Overall Review: A good product with the usual ease of ordering and ridiculously fact shipping that Newegg is so good at. Recommended.

Overall Review: Previous C3500 with Access did not recognize DNS like 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. Both of these were pingable, but ibm.com was not. This router resolved the DNS issue. That may be due to a later version of firmware, with no updates available for the 2016-vintage C3500. Much diagnosis required.

Overall Review: This was a vast improvement over my old Asus router and it fixed several wireless connections issues I had. And the price point was better than comparable items from other brands. I am very happy with this purchase.

Overall Review: I wouldn't recommend this product based on the flaky performance. It's fine most of the time, but occasionally the wifi bugs out and you cannot connect to the device with the smartphone tether app, which requires a hard reset. Annoying if you're in the middle of a Zoom meeting. I contacted support and they had me adjust some settings but it still is flaky.
