Worked for 3 years, waiting on RMA 4/18/2019 4:09:26 PM

Pros: - was fairly reliable

Cons: - went overboard with connections, leads to a tangled mess of unused wire
- fairly noisy
- died after 3 years

Overall Review: After it started making noise a month ago I requested an RMA, never heard back. It's now dead and I resubmitted my RMA. Still no word. It may not be worth it to return it after shipping costs. Went with a modular Seasonic on a different build and it's glorious.

Powered on for 2 secs 9/17/2018 10:47:15 AM

Pros: Fits in case

Cons: Has not worked
Too many cables

Overall Review: I applied the power to the system and it turned on the led's on the case and motherboard. I powered on the the full system and it powered on for 2 secs then shutdown for 3 secs, then repeated until I powered it completely off.

I have found no shorts, everything is connected and Im over 200 recommended Watts with this PSU.

Will update if I can get this resolved

Awesome starter PSU 6/30/2018 8:59:28 PM

Pros: -Tough PSU
-Plenty of cable length
-Works well

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I've had this PSU for over 2 years, and it hasn't missed a beat. It's the first one I've bought for myself in over 10 years and I am entirely satisfied with it. It's been through some abuse and still runs like a champ.

Good Quality Power Supply 10/16/2017 8:38:56 AM

Pros: I bought this power supply a few days ago and let me start by saying what a terrific power supply.
Hooked everything up in my 16 Core Opteron system and posted immediately with no issues whatsoever. As a test of the quality I have left this power supply running for nearly 20 hours with no problems. Mind you it wasn't under tremendous load but still. I do have to pick up an adapter for when I pick up the second 16 Core Opteron will see how it handles two processors. Yes I would recommend this power supply to a friend. It seems to be made of quality materials time will only tell how it stands up. I've used several brands over the years. I've returned to Thermaltake again mostly because their quality is one of the better out there.

Cons: I have no cons at this time other then I was hoping for a 2nd 8 Pin Motherboard cable. But not the end of the world can easily pick up the adapter I need for $8 off of NewEgg.

Overall Review: If I were given the choice of purchasing this power supply again I would do so. Those that are complaining about this being a 20+4 power supply are incorrect. This is 24 pin power supply not sure where they were getting the 20+4 from. Besides majority of motherboards require the 24 pin.

Catastrophic failure after a few months 2/19/2017 12:37:42 PM

Pros: A power Supply

Cons: After a few months of use, this power not only stopped working, but would also trip a breaker when plugged in.

Don't Expect to Get Your Rebate Policy 2/9/2017 9:23:52 PM

Pros: Just a power supply

Cons: Other Neweggers are right. Thermaltake Rebate Policy Sucks.

Overall Review: Generally rebates for other products on Newegg has to be postmarked within 30 days. Thermaltake only allows 2 weeks. I had some issues with my motherboard and ram, so had to RMA. Because of this, I couldn't get my rebate in in time. If you're genuinely trying to get people to buy and try your product, give people a real chance to get the rebates.
