Overall Review: One of my Dell 3046s was detecting memory errors with 2 sticks of its' original memory. I couldn't exactly figure out what was wrong - it worked fine with any 1 module in any slot but 2 of them just didn't work. 2 sticks of TeamGroup RAM though worked just fine even though it was 3200MHz vs 2400MHz of the original - BIOS recognized the correct speed and no memory errors in Dell built in test or 4 passes of MemTest. Other thoughts: the stock SPD timings are quite atrocious so if you are a PC enthusiast but do not want to deal with manual memory settings better get CL16 kit for couple dollars more.. If you value price and stability more than performance or wish to overclock it manually and get more than you paid for then go for it.
