Pros: - Simple Install: Plug & Play - Speeds up load time by 30% ( - Speeds up game install time by 30% - Solid State is more reliable that mechanical hard drives. I replaced 2 in my Xbox One X before I bought this.
Cons: - Only con I can think of is the location of the USB port. It's in the front, along with the Drive Operation Light. So when you install to the USB port in the back of the Xbox, the drive has to face toward the back and the Drive Operation Light has to face toward the back, too.
Overall Review: Great product I wish were available years ago!!
