Pros: Very good drive. It's nearly silent and works as advertised in my Tivo. The drive was well-packed and arrived looking brand new.

Cons: S.M.A.R.T. hours of use was reset, so I cannot see how old this drive was prior to refurbishing.

Overall Review: I got this for my grandpa to replace his failing HD......I installed windows and let it idle for around 3-4 hours and its running great. The system manager says its "healthy" so we'll have to see how long it lasts. Packaging was great and shipping was fast. Cross my fingers but I think this was a very cheap fix. Plus it came with a 1 year warranty. Thanks Newegg for the great deal.

Overall Review: These hard drives are not worth your time or effort. I have had two of them and they have both failed within 30 days.
