Heating function not working
To activate the heating function, press the button twice and red light will turn on, indicating that heating function has started. It takes about a minute to heat up to 46?/114°F. The heating function cannot be used when using silicone massage head.
Pain and discomfort during use

Charging does not work
The device supports 5V/1A and 2A input. If the adapter output voltage is too high, the machine enters overvoltage protection mode and can't charge. Use a Type C cable that meets the parameters for charging. It takes 3 hours to fully charge.
