Does the Program guarantee the lowest price on the market?
The Program guarantees that our customers will get the lowest price on Newegg.ca for products with a "Black Friday Price Protection" badge on the product page. The product must be sold and shipped by Newegg.ca and purchased between Nov. 1 through Nov. 18, 2026.
Do I have to constantly check the price of the product that I purchased at Newegg to learn if you guys have lowered the price?
To provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers, our internal system will check the lowest price of all eligible items purchased between Nov. 1 through Nov. 18, 2026. If after your purchase, that same product ends up discounted to a lower price on Newegg.ca on or before Nov. 28, 2026, Newegg will automatically refund the difference to the original payment method by Dec. 8, 2026, with the exception of refunds for cryptocurrency, which will be made in the form of Newegg Customer Care Gift Card.
Does the Black Friday Price Protection Program apply to lower prices found on other websites?
No. The Program only applies to eligible products sold on Newegg.ca that display the Black Friday Price Protection badge. It does not apply to prices promoted on other websites.
If the price of a product is lowered twice, am I going to receive two automatic refunds?
One lump sum will be automatically refunded to the original payment method by Dec. 8, 2026. No further action is needed on your part.
How long does it take to get refunded if the price of a product is lowered?
Our internal system will check the lowest price of all eligible items purchased between Nov. 1 through Nov. 18, 2026. If after your purchase that same product ends up discounted to a lower price on Newegg.ca on or before Nov. 28, 2026, Newegg will automatically refund the difference to the original payment method by Dec. 8, 2026.

Is my product still eligible for return after I receive the automatic refund?
Yes. The automatic refund from this Program will not affect the return eligibility of your order.
Will the automatic refund alter the return window of my purchase?
The automatic refund from this Program will not alter your return window for the eligible product(s).
*Black Friday Price Protection: This Price Protection offer applies only to eligible items offered, including individual items and promo codes. Items qualified for Price Protection will be marked with a Black Friday Price Protection badge on the product page. To be eligible for the Price Protection refund, item(s) must be purchased between November 1 and November 18, 2026 and found to be sold at a lower price on Newegg.ca on or before November 28, 2026. Price does not include any applicable sales tax and/or loyalty or membership discounts. Customers entitled to a Price Protection refund will have the price difference automatically refunded to the original payment method by December 8, 2026, with the exception of refunds for cryptocurrency, which will be made in the form of Newegg Customer Care Gift Card. Only refund amounts greater than $1 will be processed under the Black Friday Price Protection program. Newegg reserves the right to limit purchase quantity, to exclude bulk items, and to modify or discontinue this Program at any time without notice.
