Overall Review: This is my first phone from ZTE and what sold me on a 500$ "off brand" phone was their passport warranty. Needless to say I had never had to replace my phone due to accidental damage up to now. My phone suffered water damage and I went through the CAD service center. After paying the "deductible" I received an email that they are out of units till the next shipment arrives (in a month) and that they can put me on a waiting list to notify me when I can submit the RMA request, in the meantime they will refund me the payment for the deductible. There is not call in number only email communication. At that point i felt like they should have removed the P from "Passport Warranty". I called the US HQ and they couldn't / wouldn't help under the pretense that they couldn't ship a device to Canada. After asking if they could just ask Newegg.ca (has units in stock) to ship a unit and then provide their re-seller with a replacement device. They were having none of it. Even Newegg.ca tried to see if they could ship a replacement unit but got denied. This is my main driver phone and to be without a proper device for over a month is disgraceful customer service. If you are debating in buying this device and thinking the warranty adds to the value of the device, you need to rethink that on the opposite spectrum. You need to purchase 3rd party insurance for this phone, otherwise the manufacturer will leave you high and dry. Potentially hoping you will purchase another ZTE device while you wait for the paint to dry on your replacement unit... ZTE you lost me at "Waiting List"!

Pros: Solid construction

Cons: Design flaw. Even do the description says compatible with all keystone jacks, this is not accurate. Spacing between keystones is very small and if your keystone is a tad bigger you will not be able to fit them side by side. Waisted money on two of them as now I have to get another replacement that will actually fit my keystones.

Overall Review: Not recommended unless you know for a fact that your keystone will be a good fit for this panel.
