Pros: Not much to sat except this is exactly as advertised... Which is saying something these days. Biggest Pro for me is that this is very quiet- even when NOT in hybrid mode.
Cons: Picky but: Does not say anywhere I could find what position the switch has to be in for hybrid mode. Easy to figure out when it is running though.
Overall Review: Simply- Good product.
