    Product-Specific FAQ

Q1: Why is my LV07 miner powered on but unable to connect to my local WiFi network?

    • Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4G WiFi network, as 5G (802.11ac) networks are not supported.
    • Verify that your WiFi SSID (network name) and password contain only standard English letters and numbers.
    • Special characters in the WiFi credentials are strictly prohibited and will prevent the connection.

Q2: The miner is powered on, but the screen does not light up, or it operates at extremely low power (under 5W). What should I do?

    • This usually indicates that the main control IC has not started properly.
    • When the device is powered on, press the reset button 1 to 3 times to reset the main control chip.
    • If the screen and fan completely fail to work, measure the power adapter to ensure it outputs 12V +/- 3%.
    • If the voltage is incorrect, or if the adapter light keeps flashing, you need to replace the adapter.

Q3: My device is connected to WiFi with normal power consumption, but the hashrate displays as 0. How do I fix this?

    • Check your mining pool configuration carefully, as different port numbers correspond to different access difficulties.
    • You must ensure the device's computing power is below the mining pool's access difficulty.
    • For example, an experience value of 500G can access a mining pool with a difficulty under 1000.
    • Also, ensure you are using the correct mainnet wallet address (e.g., BTC addresses generally start with 1, 3, or bc1) or the registered username required by specific pools.

Q4: Why does my LV07 keep restarting repeatedly or display an unstable hashrate?

    • This can be caused by WiFi congestion, mining pool resolution failure, or high-temperature protection.
    • Ensure your environment temperature remains under 30 C and the equipment is placed in a well-ventilated area.
    • Blocking the air inlet and outlet is strictly prohibited.
    • If temperature is not the issue, try changing to a stable WiFi hotspot or a different well-known mining pool.
