Troubleshooting: Battery Issue or Speaker Circuit Board Issue?
Situation 1: After Install the battery ,Bose Speaker does not power on at all.
Plug the charger into the speaker and check again.
If the speaker has red light on or flashing red light, it indicates the problem with the speaker's Circuit Board, and it is not battery dead or battery defective problem.Replacing new battery can not rework in this case. Please take your speaker checked at a local repair shop first.
Situation 2: Speaker only works when plugged into charger.
Turn on and play music with the charger plugged in first,then unplug the charger later.
If it works normally when plugged in but powers off or doesn't work immediately after unplugging, this usually means you need to replace the battery.Replacing new battery may resolve this problem.
If it does not power on or play when the charger is plugged, this indicates a problem with the speaker Circuit Board.
