1. The ideal charging distance is between 10-30 mm. We do not recommend placing your phone directly on the charger for testing purposes, for that is not the proper way to test our invisible charger, and the charger will not function if so.
2. When charging distance is between 10-15mm(0.39"-0.59"), you can use the charger with or without any sticker.
When charging distance is between 15-30mm(0.59"-1.18"), please use the black power sticker.
