NOTE
1. According to the New USB-IF standard, USB 3.0 = USB 3.1 Gen 1 = USB 3.2 Gen 1 = 5Gbps, USB 3.1 Gen 2 = USB 3.2 Gen 2 = 10Gbps. To reach 10Gbps, make sure the USB ports, cables, and connected devices on your computer support USB 3.1/3.2 Gen 2.
2. Please use standard 5V Adapter for power. Do NOT connect more than 5V power adapter to the USB C hub to avoid affecting the performance of the product.

Q1: USB device not recognized? ----A: It is recommended that when using the USB hub (especially when connecting 2 or more hard drives on hub), first insert the desired devices into the hub, then connect the included power adapter, and finally connect the hub to the computer.
Q2: Can the USB-C port charge my laptop?----A: No, the USB-C port only supports data transfer.
