After monitor installation,you need to use the allen key to adjust the screw to achieve the best tilting strength balance.If your monitor is heavy or big or curved please use more power to tighten that screw.
The mounting plate from monitor arm does not seem to be compatible with the monitors. Is there any way to make it work?
For some big size such as 49inch Samsung monitors,it needs to install a steel part(it always comes with your monitor.It doesn't come with monitor arm package) to get 75x75mm or 100x100 VESA holes.Then you can install monitor arm successfully.
