COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Problem: For some new motherboard, the factory default setting is GEN3 so the the video card can't be recognized or an exclamation mark appears!
Solution: In BIOS setting, you need change the PCIe 16X speed to GEN2 and Then the riser card will work normally.
