The gadget allows you to use DVI-equipped monitor or projector with DisplayPort sources like PCs and laptops. This eliminates the cost and hassle of upgrading to DisplayPort-enabled display equipment. It supports high resolution up to 1920 x 1080 and 1920 x 1200 for pristine picture quality. Gold-plated connector is durable and corrosion-resistant. And a latching DisplayPort connector ensures solid and secure connection.

Please note:

This is a passive adapter cable that requires a source device equipped with DP++ port (DisplayPort++). The DP++ port can, when detecting that a DVI or HDMI adapter is attached, send DVI/HDMI signals instead of DisplayPort signals.

DP to DVI adapter does not support audio output.

DVI-D or DVI-I cable is required (sold independently).
