IMPORTANT: When the camera is connected to a Reolink NVR with the hardware version of N2MB02/H3MB18 while under the latest firmware version, you could still enable the two-way talk via Reolink App/Client (NVR interface excluded) on your phone/PC/tablet(mic and speaker enabled) when accessing the channel of the Reolink B82L.

Question 1: Can I turn off the motion spotlight or get the spotlight to stay on?
Answer: You could turn off the Night Mode of the spotlight via Reolink App/Client to turn it off at night, or set a schedule for the spotlight to let it stay on at the set time.
Questions 2: Will this work with the Reolink NVR or system?
Answer: Yes, it does. Reolink NVRs with the hardware version of N2MB02/H3MB18/N3MB01 support the smart detection/playback for the Reolink B82L. You can verify the compatibility via the System Information of the NVR.
Question 3: Is the camera compatible with third-party software/System/NVR?
Answer: The Reolink B82L IP camera could be added to some third-party software/NVR such as Blue Iris or Synology, but we could only ensure the full compatibility between this camera and the Reolink NVR/software.
