The Tripp Lite U280-007-CQC-ST is a 7-output USB charging station with Quick Charge 3.0, a USB-C port, and device storage, suited to desks or shared spaces where several phones and other USB devices need charging from one station.
Recommended For
- Households with several phones, tablets, e-readers, or other USB devices can use it as a shared charging spot, with device slots to keep the devices organized.
- Offices or small teams managing multiple work phones and tablets can charge them together from one station instead of using separate wall chargers.
- Classrooms, clinics, or retail counters with several shared phones, tablets, or point-of-sale devices can use the station to keep charging devices in one organized place.
- Users with a Quick Charge 3.0-compatible phone who also need to charge other USB devices can use the dedicated QC 3.0 port alongside the station’s standard USB ports.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- At home, a family can leave phones, tablets, and e-readers in one shared charging spot; several devices can charge at once without competing for separate wall adapters.
- On a shared office desk, a team can charge work phones and tablets from one AC-powered station; the device slots and cable compartment help keep the charging area organized.
- At a classroom, clinic, or retail counter, staff can keep several phones or tablets charging between uses in a single location, rather than spreading chargers and cables across multiple outlets.
- For an overnight household charging routine, users can place multiple devices in the station and leave them together until morning; the brackets help separate and store devices while their cables charge them.
- When a Quick Charge 3.0-compatible phone needs a faster top-up, it can use the dedicated QC port; charging speed depends on the phone and may differ from standard USB charging.
