Step 1:The right side of the bezel is heldon with double sided tape, and theleft side has tape and /or aplastic clip. Use a little pressureor heat to lift it away.Next, remove any of theremaining double sided tapeand clean the surface for ournew camera handel bezel.
Step 2:Fish your camera wirethrough the tailgate towards the bottom.Remember, you technically onlyneed to tap into the revrse light if:1. You are only powering the cameraoff the reverse light or2.You need a reverse trigger wire
Step 3:These wires are just pass through? wires so either end can be? connected at the tail light or the? radio.If just connecting at the reverselight, just connect the red andpurple (if a trigger is needed) to thelight +, and black to the light -wire.Wire Connections:Red=Camera Power(either powerat reverese light or radio location)Black = Ground
Step 4:Next, we need to remove a fewpanels to give us space to run ourwire though the floor, along kickpanels, to the radio cavityin the dash.
Step 5:Back camera inputs are usuallya brown RCA input, but the colormay vary depending on the brandof radio being installed.
Step 6: You can connect to the power andground of the power socket forpower, or you can run a line toyour fuse box as well!
