This 50-centimeter internal Slimline SAS fanout conversion cable features one SFF-8654 8i 74Pin MCIO host connector that fans out to dual SFF-8643 4i Mini SAS HD target ports. It connects next-gen SlimSAS RAID/HBA controllers to traditional SFF-8643 storage backplanes for mixed SAS/NVMe server storage systems.

Compliant with SFF-TA-1016 MCIO and SAS 4.0 specifications, the cable retains complete 8-lane bandwidth split into two independent 4-lane channels without performance degradation, supporting both high-speed NVMe SSD and SAS/SATA hard drive arrays. High-purity tinned copper conductors wrapped in aluminum-mylar shielding effectively isolate electromagnetic noise from internal power supplies and cooling fans, enabling stable 24/7 non-stop heavy workload operation in data centers.

The short 0.5-meter structure avoids tangled excess cables and simplifies internal cable management.
