Pros: These guys work very hard to make sure the customer is happy. They sent me the wrong product than what was in the listing by mistake CF-31 mk1 instead of a mk2 but to make amends they gave me a partial refund on my purchase to make up for the difference in cost and then some and they have been really good about trying to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend them just for the simple fact that they do care about their customers. Don't be afraid to purchase from these guys :)

Overall Review: The CF-31 is a tank of a machine. If you need a rugged notebook then the panasonic toughbooks can't be beat. I really like the solid feel of the machine and the IP65 compliant build. The battery life is also killer as well. I can easily make it through the work day and then some.
