The Aenaeder 3.0L Electric Stew Pot uses the traditional water-bath (double-boiler) method hot water surrounds the ceramic pot, gently cooking food with indirect steam. This technique is widely used for Chinese herbal soups, bone broths, congee, and even dessert soups like snow fungus or red bean soup. Nutrients and natural tastes are locked in, without the risk of burning or boiling over.
Perfect Size for Small Families
3.0 liters fill about 46 bowls. Ideal for a family of 35 people. The included ceramic inner pot is lead-free, glazed, and easy to lift out for serving.
Set It and Forget It 24H Programmable
The digital control panel gives you 7 preset functions (e.g., quick soup, slow stew, congee, dessert, baby food, etc.). You can also set a delay timer up to 24 hours. Put ingredients in the morning, set it to finish by dinner time. After cooking, the unit automatically switches to keep-warm for up to 12 hours, so food stays hot without drying.
